How long will it take?

Our turnaround is about 2 weeks. We can occasionally make frames more quickly so it is always worth asking. If it is a large body of work, such as for an exhibition , we would need as much notice as possible.

How much will it cost?

There are lots of variables such as the type of mount or glass when it comes to calculating prices but we can give a basic price according to size and frame finish. We can do this over the phone or by email. There is no need to come to the shop at first. We would need the artwork size plus any add-on for a mount.

We can in some cases offer a discount on multiples of the same size frame.

How do I choose the best solution for my artwork?

It is always best to come into the shop where we can show you samples and give you detailed advice for each piece of artwork.

Where are you based?

We are situated in the East End of London, near Bethnal Green tube. Our address is:  89 Goldsmiths Row, London E2 8QR.

When can I come to see you?

We are open 9 to 5 Monday to Friday. It is always a good idea to phone to say when you would like to come in just so we can avoid too many people at once and to ensure that we can give you our full attention.

When do I pay?

On small orders we ask for payment on collection. We sometimes ask for a deposit if it is an order worth £500 or more. We can offer credit accounts to those customers who make regular orders. Application on request.

How can I pay?

We can take credit/debit card payments in person or over the phone as well as cheques and cash. It is also possible to make on line payments.

What are your terms of trade?

The person who places the order is responsible for payment. We can take payment from third parties but only if they are institutions such as museums and universities. We would need verification and signed purchase orders.

How will my frames be wrapped?

Once they are finished and checked over, all frames are bubble-wrapped to protect them in transit and from dust and moisture.

Can we deliver?

We do not include delivery in our pricing but we can organise delivery in some cases.
